📮 Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).

🚚 Shipping Method

We use USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 6–8 business days after your order has been fulfilled.

Note: USPS Ground Advantage is currently the only shipping option available. 

💲 Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of $5 applies to every order — no hidden costs, just roots on the move!

🛍 Returns & Damaged Items

We do not accept returns.

However, if your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge and ship it at no cost (photo is required).

⏳ Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
